Anyone with the licensed phone: the fleet manager, office staff or the drivers themselves. Downloading data from the tachograph needs your company card.
Driver cards at least every 28 days and the tachograph at least every 90 days (Regulation (EU) 581/2010). The app reminds you 7, 3 and 1 day before each deadline.
In the myTacho app on your phone. After each download, send the files by email or another app, or to TAHOPRO if you use it, and keep your own backup. Files stored only on the phone are lost if the phone is lost.
Email info@mytachoapp.com and we activate your licence on the new phone. Files that were only on a lost phone cannot be restored, so send them on after every download.
