Driver cards must be downloaded every 28 days, and tachographs every 90 days
Downloading tachograph data for a 90-day period takes around 10 minutes, depending on the amount of activity during that time. Driver card downloads take less than a minute.
Files are temporarily stored within the app’s internal storage, not in a visible folder. If the app is deleted or the phone is changed, the data will be lost.We recommend manually sharing the files or using myTacho+ integrations, which automatically back up files by sending them to a preset email address or uploading them directly to TAHOPRO for secure archiving and further management of tachograph data.
Files are saved in .ddd format and named according to EU standards.
Yes, one phone can be used to download data from multiple driver cards and tachographs.
First, back up all files and delete the license from your current phone. Then install myTacho on the new phone and scan the QR code provided in a myTacho download kit alongside download tools.
