How often do I need to download data from the tachograph and driver card?

Driver cards must be downloaded every 28 days, and tachographs every 90 days

How long does it take to record tachograph data?

Downloading tachograph data for a 90-day period takes around 10 minutes, depending on the amount of activity during that time. Driver card downloads take less than a minute.

Can I export data from myTacho?

Yes, you can easily share downloaded data without a computer.

Are the files securely stored on my phone?

Files are temporarily stored within the app’s internal storage, not in a visible folder. If the app is deleted or the phone is changed, the data will be lost.We recommend manually sharing the .ddd files or importing files to TachoPro.

In what format are the files stored and are they compliant with regulations?

Files are saved in .ddd format and named according to EU standards.

How do I transfer myTacho license to another phone
