What next? Your data is at the office the same day
The app saves the data as DDD files and shows the activities right on the phone. Send the files to the office by email or upload them to your analysis software.
Good to know: downloading is not the same as analysing. For infringements, working time and reports, you need analysis software. If you use TAHOPRO, the files go there straight from the app.
Who myTacho is for
SMALL AND MID-SIZED FLEETS
One company phone can cover every vehicle. The fleet manager, office staff or the drivers themselves download with the same device. Several depots? Add one licence for each extra phone.
OWNER-DRIVERS
You run the business and drive. Download your own driver card and vehicle whenever it suits you.
VEHICLES ON THE ROAD
Driver cards can be downloaded anywhere. Drivers don't have to return to the depot first.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a free app to download a driver card?
An app alone is not enough: the phone needs a reader for the card and a cable for the tachograph. Free programs usually run on a PC and need their own card reader too. With myTacho, the reader, cable and app come at one price, with no ongoing costs.
Does myTacho work with my tachograph?
Yes. myTacho works with all digital tachographs, including Smart Tachograph 2.
Do I need a company card?
For downloading the tachograph, yes. For driver cards, no.
Does myTacho work on iPhone?
Not at the moment. myTacho runs on Android phones and tablets. An iPhone version is not available yet.
How many drivers and vehicles does one kit cover?
As many as you like. One licence covers one phone, and several people can use the same company phone. Each additional phone needs its own licence.
Is there a subscription or any ongoing cost?
No. You pay €259 incl. VAT once, and the licence never expires.
